Our organisation consists of three businesses; HBP Systems Ltd, Kamarin Computers Ltd and Jugo Systems Ltd. HBP are based in North Lincolnshire, Kamarin are based in Cambridgeshire and Jugo in Hampshire. Between us we cover the vast majority of the UK and work under the The HBP Group name to provide a seamless service between our northern and southern offices.
During your communication with us you may deal with some of our fantastic people from HBP, Kamarin and Jugo and you will receive the high levels of support and guidance you’d expect from a national provider, but the care and attention you’d need from a local provider.

Our head office is based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, where The HBP Group started and where we have been providing IT solutions to businesses across the UK since 1991.
We also have offices in Cambridgeshire and Hampshire and between our three offices cover the vast majority of the UK.
Although our physical locations are important, with online project management tools we manage, install, train and support many of our IT solutions remotely so it doesn’t matter where you’re based, we can help!

We guarantee our customers a call back on any tickets logged within 1 hour, but in reality our responses times average around 20 minutes. However, if you call in by phone, wait times are less than 2 minutes on average and you’ll get straight through to one of our Microsoft Accredited Engineers too.
As part of our Service Level Agreement we aim to fix all IT support tickets within 8 hours and we monitor our IT helpdesk on this level of performance. Based on stats that have been monitored for the past five years our average fix time has been around 2 1/2 hours though, faster than you’re getting now, right?

Since a management buyout of Humber Business Products in 1991, The HBP Group was formed and have been management owned ever since. Before joining forces as the The HBP Group in 2005, HBP Systems and Kamarin Computers began their journeys as software resellers in 1991 and 1981 respectively.
As two of the fastest growing IT consultants in the UK, HBP and Kamarin provided IT solutions for businesses across the UK to help bring them into a new age of business.
