Did you know that Microsoft Teams can be used as a fully cloud based phone system? With Microsoft 365 Business Voice, Microsoft Teams becomes the software which runs your phone system. You can sign up for call packages, manage call queues, transfer calls and even use your existing landline numbers. Users can manage calls via their PC or a mobile phone as well as through a selection of supported headsets and handsets.

Yammer is basically an internal social media platform to help organisations communicate better with all of their employees. It allows for excellent collaboration for company announcements as well as reducing the need for company-wide emails and is now available as an app (called Communities) within Microsoft Teams.
